The role of the Bar Manager at Fridays is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing all bar operations. The Bar Manager supervises a team of bartenders and ensures that mixed beverages are accurately prepared and served with speed and professionalism. This position plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience, emphasizing responsible alcohol service while also managing beverage costs, production, labor, and quality. The Bar Manager supports people development by staffing, training, and coaching hourly team members.
