The position in question is a frontline role focused on delivering Family Style Service within a vibrant hospitality environment. This role requires the individual to demonstrate superior customer service skills while interacting with both external customers and internal guests. The individual must maintain a consistently upbeat and positive attitude, fostering an atmosphere of warmth and enthusiasm from every interaction. This role is essential for creating memorable guest experiences, which includes greeting guests warmly, anticipating their needs, and executing service programs efficiently. The candidate will need to be well-versed in the operation hours, promotional campaigns, and the Caesars Rewards program to better engage guests and enhance their visit.
In addition to superior guest interaction, this role entails preparing beverages with proper portion control, operating cash registers or POS systems, and maintaining control over guest conduct in a respectful manner. The employee must be resourceful in managing beverage and supply costs and ensure responsible alcohol service backed by PRIDE certification guidelines. This position operates within a cigarette-smoke environment and requires standing and sitting for prolonged periods. The individual must be capable of obtaining and maintaining necessary certification from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
