Pluckers is seeking highly motivated individuals to join its management team, known internally as "Coaches." These leaders play a critical role in driving the restaurant's culture and operational excellence. The management team is entrusted with responsibilities ranging from delivering exceptional guest service to developing and mentoring staff. This role emphasizes leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on operational skills to uphold Pluckers' high standards.
This is a full-time management opportunity with a compensation package that is among the best in the restaurant industry. General Managers (GMs) at Pluckers earn a base salary ranging from 75,000 to 80,000 dollars annually, supplemented by substantial short-term monthly bonuses and annual long-term bonuses tied directly to store performance. These incentives can provide an additional 35,000 to 150,000 dollars per year, with 80 percent of GMs earning above 125,000 dollars annually. Additionally, Pluckers offers a comprehensive benefits package including fully covered health, dental, and vision insurance valued at approximately 6,400 dollars annually, up to 20 days of paid vacation or personal time off each year, and free meals valued at nearly 3,900 dollars annually.
