This particular position involves supervising, coaching, and training grocery associates within the store environment, ensuring high performance standards while maintaining an exceptional level of customer service. As a supervisor, the employee will oversee all activities related to Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen sections, maintaining compliance with government and company regulations and possibly acting as the store leader in the absence of store directors. The role demands someone who can multitask effectively in a fast-paced, sometimes physically demanding environment, including exposure to low temperatures in coolers and freezers, occasional contact with cleaning chemicals, and handling equipment safely. This is a pivotal position that contributes directly to customer satisfaction by ensuring shelves are stocked properly, quality standards are upheld, and team members are supported and developed.   • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in grocery retail or supervisory role preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
