As a supervisor, the employee will oversee all activities related to Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen sections, maintaining compliance with government and company regulations and possibly acting as the store leader in the absence of store directors. The role demands someone who can multitask effectively in a fast-paced, sometimes physically demanding environment, including exposure to low temperatures in coolers and freezers, occasional contact with cleaning chemicals, and handling equipment safely. This is a pivotal position that contributes directly to customer satisfaction by ensuring shelves are stocked properly, quality standards are upheld, and team members are supported and developed. - High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in grocery retail or supervisory role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Availability to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks in cooler and freezer environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to following Company and Government regulations and standards
