The role available is a Ground Services Agent position, which is pivotal in supporting day-to-day airport operations. This full-time role involves a variety of responsibilities including loading, unloading, servicing, guiding, and directing customer aircraft to ensure the smooth turnaround of flights. The agent safeguards customer baggage, air cargo, and air mail against weather elements, loss, theft, damage, or destruction, demonstrating the company's commitment to security and care. This position requires operation of specialized equipment such as belt loaders, pushback tugs, lift trucks, and air start units, as well as manual handling of baggage and cargo, emphasizing the physical and technical demands of the role.
Ground Services Agents are also responsible for recording and maintaining accurate documentation regarding the handling and transportation of passenger baggage, airfreight, and company materials. This includes compliance with established procedures and the use of the company’s information systems to ensure accountability and traceability. The role demands a high level of safety awareness, requiring agents to maintain visual contact with Wing Walkers when operating pushback equipment and to perform tasks in various physical postures such as walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, and stooping for extended periods.
Candidates for this position must be in-state residents, possess a valid driver’s license, and have authorization to work in the United States. They must be physically capable of lifting items weighing up to 70 pounds regularly and handling weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces. This reflects the active, hands-on nature of the work, which may also require working in cramped or elevated spaces and carrying heavy items up and down jet way stairs.

 - must be able to lift / carry / push / pull and move items of 70 pounds and/or more on a regular basis and repetitively lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces
 - must be able to walk, climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop on a frequent basis and for extended periods
 - must be able to work in cramped or high places
 - must be able to carry heavy items up and down jet way stairs
