The role of the Wheelchair Assistance Provider is crucial to Prospect Airport Services' mission to offer compassionate and efficient support to passengers requiring mobility assistance. This position involves providing wheelchair assistance to passengers at all stages of their airport journey, from curbside arrival to aircraft boarding and arrival. The individual in this role ensures passengers receive courteous, safe, and prompt assistance, enhancing their travel experience and upholding the company’s high standards. As part of a dynamic team, the Wheelchair Assistance Provider will interact closely with airline staff, airport personnel, and passengers, requiring a blend of empathy, physical stamina, and excellent communication skills.
