We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitorial Associate to join our team. This role is crucial to maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for employees and customers alike. The position is hourly with a pay rate ranging from $14.70 to $20.00 per hour, reflecting competitive compensation for this role based on experience and qualifications. The Janitorial Associate will be responsible for cleaning building floors through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming techniques. Additionally, the role involves servicing, cleaning, and stocking restrooms, as well as cleaning windows, glass, and mirrors to maintain a pristine appearance. Taking care of waste management by gathering and emptying trash is another key duty. Occasionally, the associate may assist with customer routing, providing a support role that contributes to smooth operational flow. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to enter the automotive service industry, with some preference given to those who have experience in the automotive field, though it is not required.
