The available position is for a full-time or part-time team member role at AMNJ Ent Inc's Domino's Pizza franchise. The role offers competitive starting pay of up to $12 per hour and a flexible work schedule that accommodates a variety of shifts including 4-hour, 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts, day and night shifts, as well as weekend availability. Customer interaction is a significant aspect of the role, requiring team members to take and process phone and in-person orders, execute carside delivery regardless of weather conditions, and maintain excellent communication skills with customers and co-workers. Tasks include sweeping, mopping, trash removal, washing dishes, and cleaning both the interior and exterior of coolers. Given the physical nature of the job, team members must be comfortable with standing for long periods, walking short distances within the store, bending, stooping, crouching, lifting supplies up to 50 pounds, carrying heavy items like trays of pizza dough or sauce containers, and pushing or pulling items such as trays on dollies.
