The Housekeeper position at Asset Living plays a vital role in maintaining the quality and appeal of apartment communities. This role involves daily cleaning and upkeep of public facilities, common areas, and grounds to ensure a welcoming and safe environment for residents and visitors. Reporting directly to the Community Manager, the Housekeeper is also responsible for the make-ready cleaning process of vacant units, preparing them for new residents in alignment with the property’s operational objectives. Daily tasks of the Housekeeper include thorough cleaning and trash removal throughout residential and common areas, prompt response to resident and management requests, and upholding community standards by enforcing property policies and safety regulations. The position requires regular onsite attendance and close collaboration with management to sustain high levels of customer satisfaction and community presentation. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage their duties efficiently while promoting a favorable image of the community.
