Galaxy FBO, located in Addison, TX, is a premier fixed-base operator providing comprehensive concierge and aviation services to private and corporate clients. The Concierge Service Representative (CSR) at Galaxy FBO plays a pivotal role in providing high-quality concierge services and operational support to clients and flight crews. This full-time position involves a variety of tasks that are essential to the smooth functioning of the terminal and ramp area. The CSR is the first point of contact for arriving clients, responsible for assisting with hotel and rental car arrangements, managing in-flight catering requests, and coordinating aircraft servicing. This role requires a detail-oriented, professional individual who can maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor while efficiently managing multiple customer requests and operational duties. In addition to client-facing responsibilities, the CSR will also operate vehicles and golf carts, maintain a clean reception and flightline area free of hazards, and ensure all passenger vehicles are ready for pick-up including valet parking management. The CSR supports the flight crew by providing ramp-side services and effectively communicating through two-way radios to coordinate internal and external messages. The role demands adherence to strict safety and operational standards, as well as compliance with Galaxy’s Standard Operating Procedures and participation in the company’s Safety Management System. Ideal candidates are those who can interact with a diverse clientele professionally and discretely, manage customer demands calmly under pressure, and who thrive in a team-oriented work environment. Proficiency in computer skills and relevant software such as TotalFBO and FlightBridge is preferred, as is experience with flight scheduling or dispatching under part 91 or 135 operations. A valid driver’s license and the ability to qualify for and maintain Airport SIDA clearance are also necessary for this role.
