We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Valet / Service Porter to join our dynamic team. This full-time position pays between $16.00 and $19.00 per hour based on experience and involves working an 8-hour shift with weekend availability. This role is vital in supporting our showroom operations and sales team by maintaining the presentation and readiness of our exceptional vehicles and ensuring a seamless client experience. As a Valet / Service Porter at Carlock Motorcars Nashville, you will play an instrumental role in preparing vehicles for display, delivery, and test drives by cleaning, fueling, and positioning cars with precision and care. The position involves moving inventory between the showroom, service department, and storage areas as needed. You will also assist the sales staff with errands and general lot coordination, enhancing the efficiency and professionalism of our day-to-day operations. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the showroom, client lounge, and outdoor vehicle areas is essential, as these spaces contribute directly to the luxury experience our clientele expects. An important aspect of this role includes greeting and assisting clients when necessary with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. Handling high-value and exotic vehicles with a high level of care, respect, and responsibility is a non-negotiable expectation. Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, punctuality, and a positive attitude. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, as well as flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and support the team as needed. Ideal candidates will be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and be capable of operating both automatic and manual transmission vehicles. Previous experience in the automotive or dealership setting is preferred but not mandatory.
