This position requires an individual who is courteous, efficient, and highly professional, adept at handling a variety of front office responsibilities. The front desk agent manages hotel room and suite reservations, checks in arriving members and guests, and ensures that all special requests are fulfilled promptly. This role demands excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with housekeeping, engineering, and other club departments. The agent is also responsible for maintaining an accurate room status, managing petty cash transactions, executing limited retail sales, and processing incoming mail and packages.
