The role currently available is a supervisory position responsible for leading a team of agents dedicated to customer service. The Supervisor will oversee all aspects of passenger service including arrivals, ticketing, check-in processes, boarding, baggage services, and passenger inquiries. This position demands strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced airport environment.
The Supervisor will be instrumental in assisting passengers from the moment they arrive until they depart, with a particular focus on passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors, VIPs, and those requiring wheelchair assistance. They will ensure all procedures comply with airport regulations and company policies and work closely with ramp agents to coordinate the handling of wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked baggage.
Safety is paramount in this role, and the Supervisor must monitor and enforce safe working conditions, adhering strictly to regulatory requirements, Unifi's safety policies, and applicable laws.                 - High school diploma, GED or equivalent education
 - Must be at least 18 years of age
 - Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements
 - Must be able to constantly lift up to 70lbs and more, push, pull, walk, stand, reach above shoulder, stoop, squat, kneel, bend, reach out, and grasp
 - Frequently climb and crawl
 - Must be able to work in rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime
 - Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions including severe seasonal elements
