The leader in this role will take responsibility for overseeing the daily operational activities of the customer service agents, providing guidance, support, and training as necessary to maintain Unifi’s high standards. They will also handle passenger queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy, including assisting special-needs passengers such as unaccompanied minors, VIPs, and individuals requiring wheelchair assistance. Alongside customer service duties, the successful candidate will use computerized systems to manage boarding, baggage services, and reservations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently. A keen eye to detail will be essential for resolving any issues that arise during check-in or boarding and for coordinating with customs, immigration, and quarantine services to facilitate passenger movement. The role also involves collaborating closely with ramp agents to manage wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags, ensuring timely loading and delivery.   • High school diploma, GED or equivalent education
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements
