The Membership Manager plays a critical part in driving the success of membership initiatives by executing tailored strategies, managing memberships’ administration, and coordinating exclusive member events that enhance value and foster community. Beyond membership management, the incumbent supports the creation and execution of in-house events catering to members, ensuring smooth operation and outstanding guest experiences. The position requires flexibility, as the Collection operates 24/7 including holidays, with an emphasis on peak seasonal periods where extended shifts and travel may occasionally be necessary. Working closely with internal departments and external partners, the Membership Manager acts as a key liaison, embodying the company's dedication to excellence, integrity, and unparalleled service.   • College degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-year of prior luxury hotel operations experience preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple complex tasks and projects effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Strong research, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with sound judgment in tense situations
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of office management practices and recreation administration including program planning, leadership, risk management, budgeting, marketing, and public relations
  • Ability to plan, promote, and evaluate innovative recreation services and events
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with staff, officials, committees, agencies, and individuals
