This position is based at the Kimpton Palladian Hotel, a 97-room establishment situated on the seam of Belltown and the retail core in Seattle. This hotel is within walking distance of iconic attractions such as Pike Place Market, the waterfront, and an array of restaurants, live music venues, cafés, and boutiques. The hotel itself is a 1910 landmark, reimagined with a masculine-chic style that combines luxe amenities, edgy design elements, and contemporary furnishings that reflect Belltown's hip heritage. Guests enjoy dining at the acclaimed seafood restaurant Shaker + Spear, and socializing at the speakeasy-style lounge Pennyroyal. The Bartender role at Kimpton Palladian is responsible for the complete setup of the bar area and the preparation and mixing of drinks for guests and servers. This role demands maintaining a clean and organized service area, ensuring prompt and courteous service, and exercising control over liquor inventory. The Bartender must uphold the hotel's mixing and presentation standards, follow state liquor laws, and handle guest interactions professionally to ensure overall guest satisfaction. This hourly-paid position offers a salary of $20.76 plus tips. • High school diploma or equivalent or experience in hotel or related field preferred
• Flexible schedule with long hours sometimes required
