The Barback position at TC Restaurant Group plays a vital role in supporting the bartending team by ensuring the bar area is well-stocked, organized, and clean throughout operating hours. This role is essential to maintaining the efficiency and smooth operation of busy bar environments, involving duties such as replenishing liquor, beer, and wine stocks; polishing and washing glassware; preparing mixes and garnishes; and assisting with opening, closing, and weekly duties to uphold the high standards expected in this fast-paced setting. The Barback must also ensure compliance with all state and federal liquor laws, safety procedures, and company policies, while keeping vigilance on patron safety by monitoring guest behavior and reporting any issues to management. Working as a Barback requires a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively while remaining courteous and responsive to guest needs. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and able to meet lifting and physical requirements suited for an active role involving indoor and outdoor work environments that may include exposure to noise, smoke, and varying temperature conditions. The position offers a dynamic work schedule that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays and may exceed 30 hours weekly with overtime opportunities. • High school diploma or equivalent required

• knowledge of basic bar and restaurant operations and liquor, beer, and wine brand names

• ability to withstand high and low temperatures in indoor and/or outdoor areas
