Based primarily in Mesa, AZ with flexible hybrid options, the specialist will manage inbound, outbound, and source-to-customer transportation processes. This involves coordinating logistics activities from booking shipments to collaborating with service providers and ensuring compliance with local and international trade regulations. Reporting to the Senior Outbound Logistics Manager for the US and Canada, the Logistics Specialist plays a pivotal role in overseeing freight invoicing, customs brokerage execution, and proactive communication to maintain seamless operational flow. This position requires travel of up to 10% and involves working closely with teams located in Mesa, AZ, and Brookfield, WI. The successful candidate will be skilled in SAP order management and delivery modules, possess advanced knowledge of Incoterms, and have an understanding of trade compliance requirements for shipments originating in the USA. Effective communication and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders are crucial to maintaining the high standard of logistics services that support Metso's global objectives.
