We are currently seeking a diligent and reliable Dishwasher/Busser to join our food service team. This role is integral to maintaining the overall hygiene and operational efficiency of the restaurant. The Dishwasher/Busser will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining dishware, utensils, floors, tables, and chairs. The ideal candidate will be organized, attentive to detail, and proactive in keeping dish and food storage areas tidy. Additionally, they will assist with various cleaning projects throughout the restaurant while ensuring that customers' needs are continuously met.
Key responsibilities include maintaining a sanitary environment by mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, and caring for cleaning equipment. The Dishwasher/Busser will also unload delivery truck supplies and organize them in proper storage areas. Stocking and rotating supplies in the service areas and dining room are critical to smooth operations. Moreover, this role may involve assembling take-out orders and delivering food to guests as needed. The position is physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand for long periods, lift and move up to 50 pounds, and repetitively perform tasks using hands and arms. We seek an individual who shows up on time, wears a clean uniform, and works well within the team with a motivated and organized attitude.
