We are currently seeking passionate and dependable Servers to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for individuals interested in a fulfilling career without late-night shifts and who appreciate the value of clear growth opportunities within a rewarding environment. The Server position at Aegis of Lake Union involves providing top-quality meal service and attentive care to our senior residents, ensuring their dining experience is both enjoyable and comfortable. Servers will engage with residents in a warm, professional manner, attending to their needs during meal times and creating a welcoming atmosphere in the dining area.
This position requires availability for 2-3 days per week with flexibility in scheduling to accommodate open availability. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a compassionate disposition, and a keen attention to detail. While previous serving experience is preferred, it is not mandatory, as thorough training will be provided. Candidates must be willing to complete a 2-step tuberculosis test as part of our health and safety protocols. The hourly wage for this position is $21.00, reflecting our commitment to fair compensation for quality work.
