We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Server to join our team. This role is integral in ensuring that residents enjoy a pleasant and satisfying dining experience. As a Server at our Assisted Living Facility, you will be responsible for serving meals and beverages to residents with care and professionalism, paying close attention to dietary preferences and restrictions. You will ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and hospitable, creating a welcoming atmosphere that meets or exceeds hospitality standards.
The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and compassionate approach towards senior residents. You will collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service and adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines to protect the well-being of both residents and staff. This role requires the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on exceptional service. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is also essential.

- High school diploma or equivalent
