We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Service Drive Attendant to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in the smooth operation of our service drive and service parking lot areas, assisting with the movement of vehicles from the service drive to the service parking lot. The Service Drive Attendant also helps maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the service drive and surrounding service department areas. This position requires an individual who is proactive, safety-conscious, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service by promptly greeting customers and ensuring vehicles are ready for service or pickup. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling various duties including cleaning vehicles, vacuuming and wiping interiors of service rental cars upon their return, and managing the check-in process by placing number tags and protective covers on vehicles. Key responsibilities also include coordinating with the cashier to pick up keys, assisting with departmental needs, and keeping the dealership grounds tidy by cleaning driveways, sidewalks, and taking out the trash. Maintaining an acceptable driving record and adhering to dealership policies regarding safe and courteous driving behavior are essential. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere at our service departments. This position operates on an afternoon shift from noon to 7 PM, with alternating Saturdays required, which offers a great opportunity for candidates seeking a work schedule that includes weekends on a rotational basis. Applicants must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Tomball, TX, before starting work.
