A private family located in the prestigious Palm Beach, FL, with an additional residence in Southampton, NY, is currently seeking to employ two experienced and professional full-time Housekeepers. This family maintains a large, luxurious estate approximately 15,000 square feet in size, featuring 7 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, demanding dedicated and detail-oriented housekeeping professionals to join their well-established household team. The household team functions under the direct supervision of the Executive Housekeeper, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and order throughout these exquisite properties. This role offers unique living arrangements: live-out status while in Florida and live-in accommodations (staff room or rental) when stationed in the Hamptons from June through September. The selected candidates will enjoy a rotational schedule designed to provide adequate time off, including at least one weekend off per month and two days off per week, with shifts split between 8 am to 4 pm and 12 pm to 8 pm, accommodating a balanced work-life dynamic. The offered compensation includes a competitive hourly rate of $33 with potential for pay increases during the Hamptons season.
