- Must be at least 18 years of age
- high school or G.E.D. graduate preferred
- completion of three basic courses within Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program
- completed basic food handling training and obtained any necessary local or state certifications
- management members who work with alcohol must complete Safe Alcohol Service training
