This role is for an experienced Restaurant Manager who will lead and inspire both the service and culinary teams to deliver the ultimate steakhouse experience every guest, every time. The Restaurant Manager must be able to develop teams and inspire a culture driven by performance and mutual respect. You will have knowledge of the systems, methods, and processes necessary for excellent execution of all restaurant functions, ensuring smooth operations from food preparation to the guest experience. An ideal candidate will have a stable working history demonstrating upward career progress and current salaried management experience is preferred.
