The role available is for a General Manager based in Lubbock, TX, who will assume full operational and financial leadership of a Market Center location responsible for generating annual revenues upwards of $10 million. This is a strategic leadership position that entails full profit and loss accountability, overseeing all facets of the Market Center including service, sales, production, merchandise, and people management. The General Manager is tasked with driving growth and profitability by focusing on customer satisfaction and employee engagement. This role requires developing both short-term and long-term operational strategies to achieve measurable outcomes aligned with the company’s business objectives. In this role, the General Manager will lead a motivated team by employing strong communication, empowerment, and coaching techniques to enhance productivity and morale. He or she will maintain collaborative relationships with functional partners in Sales, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Compliance to implement innovative business processes and foster cross-functional synergy. The General Manager will use strategic insight and practical leadership skills to guide talent selection, development, and retention, ensuring the Market Center sustains its competitive position and meets evolving customer needs. This position demands hands-on involvement in daily operations, including managing sales growth within the existing client base, ensuring on-time delivery and quality service, maintaining compliance with contracts and company policies, and controlling budget and inventory to optimize financial performance. The General Manager will also oversee customer relationship management, new business development, safety culture promotion, and employee disciplinary actions in collaboration with human resources. The role demands a high degree of flexibility, with up to 50% travel required to support client engagement and management meetings. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 5 to 7 years of progressive management experience, preferably including B2B sales and operational leadership in a production or manufacturing environment. They will demonstrate strong strategic agility, business savvy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects within a matrix-oriented global business framework. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams is also required, alongside a valid driver’s license and the physical capability to navigate a plant and office environment safely.   • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Considerable knowledge of financial reporting, including profit and loss, sales, and capital expenses
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to walk and maneuver throughout plant, loading docks, storeroom, and delivery vehicles
  • Willingness to be exposed to heat, cold, laundry chemicals, fumes, dust, and noise
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% locally or overnight within the United States
