Resort Lifestyle Communities is a well-established, family-owned company that has been specializing in all-inclusive, independent, resort-style retirement communities for adults aged 55 and over for over twenty years. Headquartered in Lincoln, Nebraska, the company has rapidly grown and expanded its presence nationwide, providing an exceptional living experience to senior residents across the country. Their communities are known for their hospitality, beautiful environments, and wide range of amenities designed to offer a vibrant lifestyle to their residents. This commitment to quality and service makes Resort Lifestyle Communities a leading name in the senior living industry. The 3rd Shift Concierge position at Resort Lifestyle Communities is a critical role that involves ensuring the community is well monitored and maintained during overnight hours. This is a full-time overnight position with a scheduled shift from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, Thursday through Monday. The role is focused on providing excellent customer service and hospitality that comes from the heart to all residents and guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the community overnight, responding promptly to resident needs, and performing light maintenance and custodial tasks to maintain the community's welcoming environment. While not a medical role, the position requires an individual who is alert and prepared to handle emergencies by contacting emergency services, including 911 when necessary. In addition to working in a breathtaking community surrounded by beautiful and well-kept amenities, the 3rd Shift Concierge will be the sole "go-to-person" during the overnight shift. Responsibilities include housekeeping in common areas, monitoring life safety systems such as the resident emergency call system and fire alarm panel, assisting residents and guests, answering phones, supporting marketing and administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth transition toward the day shift. The role demands someone who upholds the core company values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence, reflecting the company’s culture and commitment to exceptional service. This position offers attractive benefits including a free meal during shifts, a monthly stipend of $610 to be applied toward various benefits selected by the employee, paid holidays and vacation time, and a 401(k) plan with a generous employer match. Benefits cover a comprehensive range of insurance options such as health, dental, vision, life, short-term and long-term disability, as well as accident and hospital indemnity coverage. The company also offers health savings account (HSA), flexible spending accounts (FSA), and other lifestyle spending accounts. Employees have access to OnDemand pay, allowing them to access earned income when needed, adding flexibility with their finances. Candidates for this role should be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, must be comfortable with valet parking resident vehicles, and have the physical ability to move tables, lift up to 25 pounds, and operate janitorial equipment. Additionally, intermediate skills in Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel are required along with a strong knowledge of the local area preferred. Experience in customer service, hospitality, or working overnight shifts is highly beneficial.
