As a 2nd Shift Concierge at Resort Lifestyle Communities, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction, safety, and happiness of our residents and guests. This position requires a genuine passion for hospitality, outstanding customer service skills, and the ability to maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Working primarily from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM Thursday through Monday, you will be the face of the community during the evening shift. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of activities, from interacting with residents and guests and managing phone communications to assisting with community events, marketing, and administrative duties. You will also provide support during peak dining times and assist with general upkeep and cleanliness.
In this role, the concierge acts as a vital link in the community, often serving as the first point of contact for visitors and the go-to person for residents' needs. You will anticipate and respond to various requests and emergencies, including managing the building's life safety systems and emergency call systems. Comfort and confidence in contacting emergency services when necessary is essential, even though this is not a medical role.
