Our assisted living facility seeks a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. This is a part-time position, working Monday through Friday from 4:00 pm to 8:30 pm, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for a flexible schedule. As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, families, and residents, serving as the welcoming face and voice of our community. Your role is vital in creating a positive first impression and ensuring that anyone who contacts or visits us experiences warm, courteous, and efficient service. The Receptionist is responsible for managing incoming calls, greeting guests with a friendly demeanor, and distributing mail to residents. Maintaining a clean and organized lobby area is also an important part of the job, helping to uphold the professional and inviting atmosphere our community is known for.
