In this role, interns will contribute to the seamless coordination of operations between sales, customers, and the Flight Operations department. Interns will be engaged in a variety of tasks, including receiving and processing requests for demonstration, transportation, and training flights; determining the availability of aircraft and flight crews; scheduling trips while considering flight and crew duty times; and interfacing with various teams such as flight crews, sales managers, and maintenance personnel. The role also involves managing flight schedules for special requirements such as air shows and international demonstration tours, as well as assisting with tracking off-site production and delivery flights. The internship provides hands-on experience with advanced scheduling software and requires active participation in flight dispatch and flight following activities, which includes monitoring company frequency communications and quick emergency response when necessary.
