The Valet Ramp Captain plays a pivotal leadership role within Evolution Parking & Guest Services. This position is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handling of guest vehicles while providing a superior customer experience that exceeds expectations. The Valet Ramp Captain not only manages the flow of vehicle traffic in the valet staging area but also leads and supervises valet staff by setting a positive example and fostering a collaborative work environment. They act as the frontline leadership member in the absence of the Guest Service Manager and are instrumental in maintaining high standards of appearance, attendance, and adherence to company policies. This role requires dynamic leadership, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of valet operations and guest services. The Valet Ramp Captain is a key contributor to the company’s core mission of delivering seamless and memorable guest experiences. - Associate's degree, high school diploma, or GED required, or relevant working experience
- Experience in valet parking
- Valid US driver's license
- 2+ years in a management position
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP
- Experience with customer service
