As a Retail Brand Ambassador, you will represent Renewal by Andersen at retail locations such as hardware stores, where you will be the frontline of the brand. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective customers, identifying their unique home needs and introducing them to the company’s leading window and door products and services through informative and engaging brief presentations. You will facilitate the customer journey by registering interested parties into company giveaways and scheduling follow-up in-home consultations with the dedicated Renewal by Andersen sales team. The role calls for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is self-driven, and possesses excellent communication skills. You will be responsible not only for customer interaction but also for the setup and breakdown of all promotional materials provided by the company at various retail sites. We provide top-tier training to equip you fully for success in this role, regardless of your previous experience. This position requires weekend availability and reliable transportation, as you will be traveling to multiple locations within your designated area. Physical capability to lift up to 30 pounds is necessary for handling promotional materials and equipment.
