This full-time hourly position is based at the Inn & Spa at Loretto in Santa Fe and includes a competitive hourly pay rate ranging from $5.00 to $13.50, depending on experience, combined with a comprehensive benefits package. The role primarily supports restaurant operations by working under the direction of the Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager and requires a proactive and professional approach to customer service and teamwork. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and professional presentation of the dining room, ensuring proper table settings, communicating effectively with kitchen staff about job assignments and timing, and addressing guest needs promptly and courteously. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience by facilitating smooth service flow, handling customer inquiries and payments accurately, and maintaining strict adherence to nutrition, safety, and sanitation standards. Employees must be prepared to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment that demands excellent multitasking skills, stamina for working on their feet, and the ability to lift or carry heavy items. • Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification required
• Ability to work on your feet in humid kitchen environment for eight hours or more
• Must be able to lift/push/reach for/carry 30 plus pounds frequently
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask
• 6 months to 1 year or equivalent combination of education and experience
• High school diploma or equivalent experience/training
