The Director of Tour Operations - All Inclusive role at Aimbridge Hospitality is a critical leadership position responsible for driving the end-to-end channel development for their growing all-inclusive resort portfolio across Mexico and the Caribbean. This role focuses on maximizing net contribution, expanding global source markets, maintaining rate parity, and integrating rich destination experiences to enhance perceived value. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President Commercial - All Inclusive, the Director of Tour Operations works closely with cross-functional teams including Revenue, Distribution, and Marketing to ensure a disciplined approach to contract ROI and market diversification. This dynamic position requires a strategic thinker who can negotiate contracts, develop and execute tour operator and wholesale strategies, and implement frameworks to detect and remediate leakage. The Director will also oversee destination experience integration and manage pre-opening readiness for new resorts, ensuring these launches meet business objectives. A strong data-driven mindset is essential, as this role demands collaboration with Business Intelligence, Revenue, and Finance teams to deliver performance dashboards and ROI reporting. The position offers opportunities for international travel to key markets and resort locations, highlighting the global nature of the role.   • At least 5 years of experience in contracting tour operator, wholesale and/or bedbank for all inclusive portfolios
  • Skilled in data-driven analysis, revenue collaboration, and channel governance
  • Experience leading new resort launch or ramp-up initiatives
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Additional languages (German, Portuguese) a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
  • Willing to travel 40-50% to key markets and resort locations
