The Kitchen Manager role at Good Evans is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen to ensure both exceptional food quality and adherence to safety standards. This role reports directly to the General Manager and requires a balance of leadership, culinary skill, and organizational talent to lead the kitchen staff effectively. The Kitchen Manager will be entrusted with managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen equipment to facilitate smooth and efficient kitchen operations. A primary focus of the position is to foster a team environment where kitchen staff receive proper training on food preparation, presentation, and hygiene to maintain the highest standards of food service.
In addition to operational responsibilities, the Kitchen Manager collaborates closely with the Area Director to develop limited-time offers (LTOs) that respond to seasonal trends and customer preferences, ensuring the menu remains appealing and vibrant.
