The Support (Busser/Food Runner) position offers an exciting opportunity to join the Bottleneck Management family in a role critical to maintaining the smooth operation of their busy restaurant environments. The Support team members are essential in delivering genuine hospitality and ensuring a seamless flow of restaurant operations by assisting servers and bartenders. Working within a fun and casual bar setting, this role demands a commitment to quality service and a team-oriented approach. Support team members play a pivotal role in the customer dining experience by helping to deliver food from the kitchen to tables and the bar, assisting with cleaning and resetting tables, re-stocking supplies, and ensuring the bar and service areas remain organized and pristine. Effective communication skills are vital as this role requires coordination among guests, fellow team members, and management, all under the guidance of the Front of House (FOH) managers. This position requires flexibility, including the ability to work both closing and opening shifts, and a schedule that may include weekends. The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, exhibit an outgoing and energetic personality, and demonstrate patience and politeness in all guest interactions. They must be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, display good judgment, and adapt to changing conditions with a positive attitude. This physically demanding role requires standing for the entire shift, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in environments with varying temperatures and noise levels.
