The Support team members are essential in delivering genuine hospitality and ensuring a seamless flow of restaurant operations by assisting servers and bartenders. Support team members play a pivotal role in the customer dining experience by helping to deliver food from the kitchen to tables and the bar, assisting with cleaning and resetting tables, re-stocking supplies, and ensuring the bar and service areas remain organized and pristine. Effective communication skills are vital as this role requires coordination among guests, fellow team members, and management, all under the guidance of the Front of House (FOH) managers. This position requires flexibility, including the ability to work both closing and opening shifts, and a schedule that may include weekends.
