This particular opportunity is for the role of Site Supervisor, a key position within Epiq that revolves around managing the daily operations at one of its on-site support centers or client locations. The Site Supervisor ensures the delivery of exceptional client service through oversight of hospitality and receptionist functions, reflecting the company’s dedication to creating a seamless and welcoming environment for both clients and associates. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of fostering strong relationships with clients and team members, managing hospitality services including food and beverage operations, and coordinating events to enhance the overall client experience.
In this role, the Site Supervisor acts as the principal liaison between the client and internal staff, continuously seeking opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service delivery. This includes a deep understanding of printing, copying, scanning, and mail functionalities within the account, managing monthly reporting through office applications, and ensuring compliance with hospitality standards. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in customer relationship management, inventory oversight, and vendor coordination, all aimed at maintaining the high standards set by Epiq. The Site Supervisor must be adept at handling guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive and professional interaction that aligns with the company’s commitment to excellence.
Compensation for this role ranges from 22.96 to 28.70 USD per hour, with potential eligibility for an annual bonus, reflecting Epiq’s recognition of the value that skilled professionals bring to their operations. - High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a client service-oriented field preferably mail/copy/production with a focus in hospitality
- Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
- Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time
