The Store Manager is responsible for achieving sales performance goals by overseeing in-store merchandising and ensuring product presentation meets brand standards across multiple store units. A key part of this role is managing the omni-channel experience, blending in-store and digital sales strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue. The Store Manager serves as a coach and mentor to associates, focusing on talent development by identifying skills gaps and providing the necessary training to boost performance. New hire onboarding and continuous team building are priorities, with scheduled check-ins designed to align personal and professional goals with company objectives.
