We are seeking experienced, service-oriented Flight Attendants to join our Chicago (ORD) hub as a specialist for our United Polaris Business Class cabin. This role is dedicated to delivering our premier, sleep-focused international service. Core Responsibilities: Beyond ensuring the safety and security of all passengers, your role is to be an expert in the Polaris product. You will provide a restaurant-quality dining experience, manage our premium cabin amenities (including Saks Fifth Avenue bedding and custom-designed comfort items), and deliver a highly personalized, anticipatory service to our top-tier global travelers. Qualifications & Requirements: This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years' active flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline. A background in 4/5-star hospitality or fine dining is a significant advantage. You must meet all standard United FA qualifications, be at least 21, have the legal right to work in the US, possess a valid passport, and pass a comprehensive background check and medical screening. Training & Work Schedule: This position begins with our standard 6.5-week paid training in Houston, TX, followed by specialized Polaris service training. This senior role requires full flexibility for a variable international roster, including 'day time' transatlantic departures, 'night shift' arrivals, and 'weekend shift' schedules. Compensation & Benefits: This premium role offers an elevated salary, with an estimated annual base from $48,000 to $75,000, plus flight pay and international per diem. The package includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid vacation, profit sharing, and extensive travel privileges on United and its Star Alliance partners.
