Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this hands-on leadership position entails supporting service coverage, enforcing quality control measures, and guiding team members such as Service Valets to deliver exceptional service. As a critical stepping stone to advancing into an Area Leader role, the Lead Service Valet not only leads on-site in the absence of Area Leaders but also actively manages daily service routes and resolves operational challenges promptly and effectively. This role requires a proactive approach where identifying trends, solving problems, and strategically preventing recurring issues are paramount to keeping service levels high. The Lead Service Valet plays a vital role in training and onboarding new Service Valets, conducting audits to ensure service quality and safety compliance, and stepping in to cover routes as necessary during peak times or absences. Additionally, the position involves coordination across multiple districts, assisting with operational initiatives such as container deliveries, client onboarding, and community events. The work schedule involves evening shifts from Wednesday to Sunday with a pay range of $20 to $21 per hour.
