We are currently seeking enthusiastic Concierge/Front Desk/Security Associates to join our dedicated team. This part-time position plays a vital role in creating a positive first impression for residents, their families, guests, and prospective residents alike. The role is centered around delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining the safety and cleanliness of public areas, and serving as a reliable point of contact for inquiries and emergencies. Working overnight from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. on weekends and holidays, this position is essential in maintaining the well-being and security of our community during these hours. As a Concierge/Front Desk/Security Associate, you will greet residents and guests with warmth and professionalism, manage incoming traffic, assist with inquiries, and support the sales and marketing team by efficiently handling requests. You will be responsible for ensuring public spaces are orderly and safe, responding promptly to emergencies, and helping with administrative tasks such as scheduling and maintenance orders. Being an integral part of the community's emergency response team, you will also play a crucial role in security monitoring by detecting and preventing suspicious activities, responding to emergency calls, and following established safety protocols. This role requires proficiency in basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office, and a strong understanding of HIPAA requirements to maintain confidentiality and resident privacy. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of judgment, and attention to detail to provide exceptional service in a high-responsibility, fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred, along with a valid Texas Driver's License. • High school diploma or GED required
• prior customer service, front desk, and telephone experience preferred
• valid Texas Driver's License required
• excellent communication and customer service skills
