We are currently seeking motivated Warehouse Unloaders to join our team for a new project based in Dayton, New Jersey. This role is a full-time position on the 1st shift, running from 7am to 3:30pm or until the assigned job is completed for the day. The job primarily involves unloading grocery items, including seafood and sauces, in a cold storage environment. The position offers pay based on productivity, with current team members earning an average of $26 per hour, and no one earning less than $18 per hour. Productivity is closely monitored daily, ensuring transparent and fair compensation with no guesswork on pay. Daily pay options are available, supporting employees who prefer immediate income access.
