The role available is Assoc II, Warehouse Operations, a vital position supporting both inbound and outbound warehouse activities under the guidance of the Warehouse Supervisor. Working primarily on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM with a pay rate of $20.15 per hour, this position offers a stable schedule and competitive hourly wage. The Assoc II will assist with a range of tasks necessary for maintaining high standards of operational productivity, safety, and quality. These duties include unloading trucks, using pallet jacks to move pallets from trucks, checking in products using the Manhattan Warehouse Management System, and storing specialized refrigerated products according to regulations. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for picking products from warehouse locations and loading them onto outbound trucks, ensuring timely and accurate shipments. Ideal candidates demonstrate the ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, reaching, stooping, and standing for extended periods throughout their shifts, as well as working comfortably at heights of 20 to 30 feet. Experience in warehouse operations or material handling is preferred, with 1-2 years of relevant experience being advantageous. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience.
