Currently, Ferguson is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate to join their dynamic team. This role is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with working hours from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, with opportunities for overtime. The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $15.61 to $23.41 and is eligible for bonus or incentive plans. As an integral part of the warehouse operations, the Warehouse Associate will be responsible for safely operating equipment, preparing customer orders, handling materials, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. In this role, the associate will use stand-up forklifts including order selectors and cherry pickers to efficiently pull and prepare outbound orders. The role requires building, wrapping, sorting, and transporting pallets and packages with precision and care. Utilizing technology such as RF devices, the associate will scan and sort products to ensure accurate order preparation. They will also be involved in receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking incoming materials in a timely manner. Safety is a key priority at Ferguson. The Warehouse Associate must adhere strictly to all safety regulations, including the correct use of personal protective equipment. Prior forklift experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
