Currently, Ferguson is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate to join their dynamic team. This role is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with working hours from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, with opportunities for overtime. The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $15.61 to $23.41 and is eligible for bonus or incentive plans. As an integral part of the warehouse operations, the Warehouse Associate will be responsible for safely operating equipment, preparing customer orders, handling materials, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
In this role, the associate will use stand-up forklifts including order selectors and cherry pickers to efficiently pull and prepare outbound orders. The role requires building, wrapping, sorting, and transporting pallets and packages with precision and care. Utilizing technology such as RF devices, the associate will scan and sort products to ensure accurate order preparation. They will also be involved in receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking incoming materials in a timely manner.

This position welcomes candidates with 0 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management. Prior forklift experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Ferguson values self-starters who can quickly learn systems and focus on improving business practices and operational efficiencies.
The role requires physical capability, including the ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly. Candidates must also be familiar with safety regulations and procedures to help maintain a safe and organized warehouse setting. Pre-employment drug and background screening are mandatory for successful hire consideration.
