The Export Coordinator role at Nippon Express U.S.A. is an integral position responsible for the thorough preparation and efficient coordination of export shipments, supporting the organization’s international trade operations. The candidate will handle critical export and transportation documentation, customs clearance, coordination with various carriers including trucking companies, airlines, and steamship lines, as well as coordinating warehouse and cargo facility operations. Key duties include preparing export documents for customers, issuing freight bills, managing data entry, as well as supporting business operations through administrative tasks, ensuring all logistics processes comply with relevant laws and customer requirements.
This position typically works a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with overtime as necessary to meet operational demands.
