The resort is currently seeking a Part-Time Valet Attendant, primarily for weekends, to join their dedicated team. The Valet Attendant’s central role is to create a positive first and last impression for guests as they arrive and depart the property. This position is critical because the valet is one of the first points of contact between guests and the resort, setting the tone for the overall guest experience. Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to assist guests are key to excelling in this role. The valet will be responsible for parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and efficiently, managing valet tickets and keys, and ensuring a secure and organized parking process. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling any size and type of vehicle, including manual transmission cars. They should have a flexible schedule to accommodate weekend and holiday work and be capable of providing informative directions, details on property amenities, and updates about special events and promotions. The job also entails assisting guests with luggage and performing on-property deliveries such as amenities, flowers, and dry-cleaning. Excellent knowledge of the property and its services is necessary to provide valuable guest information. • Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have a clear and current driver’s license report from DMV
• Must be 18 years or older
• Comfortable driving any size and type of vehicle including manual transmission
