We are currently looking to expand our team with dedicated individuals who are passionate about maintaining cleanliness and order in homes and offices. This role offers part-time and full-time employment opportunities with flexible scheduling to accommodate various lifestyles and commitments. The pay range is competitive, starting at $17 to $18 per hour for those with basic to intermediate experience, and $19 to $22 per hour for professionals with advanced experience and supervisory capabilities. The expected weekly hours range from 20 to 35 hours, with shifts available Monday through Sunday, typically running from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 or 5:00 p.m., giving employees the freedom to select their days off.
As a cleaning team member, you will be responsible for performing high-quality cleaning services in homes and office environments, ensuring every job meets our strict standards of excellence. The role requires attention to detail in every task, from surface cleaning and organizing to restocking supplies and supporting light warehouse and inventory activities. Employees are also expected to help with packing tasks when needed. We prefer candidates who are detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Having a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle is preferred since the job involves regular travel to various service locations within the area.
