The Customer Service Associate (Helper) is a key role within our operational team, responsible for ensuring that all catering carts and food items are correctly loaded onto flights. This position requires hands-on collaboration with delivery drivers to guarantee timely and accurate service delivery to airline customers. Additionally, the associate will guide drivers to the appropriate airplane gates and strictly adhere to airline safety and security protocols. The role demands strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet strict deadlines. As a vital member of our team, the Customer Service Associate must demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with customers, coworkers, and drivers. They must be flexible and adaptable, able to respond promptly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be prepared to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, to align with flight schedules and operational demands. Opportunities to work overtime may also arise, and the ability to safely operate specialized equipment like high lift trucks is essential. Physical stamina is critical, as lifting up to 75 pounds regularly and working outdoors in varying weather conditions are routine parts of the job. Basic proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is necessary to understand instructions, complete safety tests, and communicate effectively. • Valid driver’s license
• 6-8 months of box truck driving experience
• Ability to speak, read and understand English
• Compliance with all work rules and regulations
