The Customer Service Associate (Helper) is a key role within our operational team, responsible for ensuring that all catering carts and food items are correctly loaded onto flights. This position requires hands-on collaboration with delivery drivers to guarantee timely and accurate service delivery to airline customers. Additionally, the associate will guide drivers to the appropriate airplane gates and strictly adhere to airline safety and security protocols.   • Valid driver’s license
  • 6-8 months of box truck driving experience
  • Ability to speak, read and understand English
