The Training Operations Coordinator role is an integral part of BRP's Global Dealer Learning and Development Team (DL&D Team). This team is committed to transforming the training landscape across BRP’s global dealer network by curating top-tier learning experiences that support dealer onboarding, continuous upskilling, and overall dealer success. The Training Operations Coordinator is responsible for executing and managing various training programs, including online content development, scheduling, and the logistics of global instructor-led events. This multifaceted role requires coordination with cross-functional teams, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that resources and information flow efficiently to meet organizational goals.
Working closely with commercial and technical teams, this position involves developing instructional content, enhancing dealer training efficiency, and maintaining equipment and training assets worldwide. There is a significant focus on seamless logistics, such as procurement, shipping, and transportation related to training tools and products. The Coordinator will also collaborate with the Learning Management System product owner to improve digital learning platforms and anticipate future training needs. The position is based in Sturtevant, Wisconsin, and involves regular onsite work (3 days per week) with occasional international travel (2-3 times per year). Candidates can expect to contribute meaningfully to strategic initiatives, product launches, and technical documentation support throughout their tenure in this role.

                - Bachelor's degree
 - 5 years managing and coordinating complex projects related to training
 - proficient in MS and Google suite applications
 - excellent English written and verbal communication skills
 - highly organized and able to manage competing priorities
 - ability to work onsite in Sturtevant, WI 3 days per week
 - willingness to travel internationally 2-3 times per year
 - current work authorization without sponsorship
 - able to work under pressure
