We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our dedicated team. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $23.00 to $26.00, reflecting the importance of the role within our company. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations within their primary area of responsibility, including scheduling and staffing, budget management, and ensuring minimal overtime. The role demands a proactive leader who can effectively implement and oversee the Safety Management System (SMS) and maintain quality assurance related to operational performance and safety.
The successful candidate will provide training and retraining for personnel on airline and safety procedures as well as company policies, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. This leadership position requires excellent communication skills to maintain strong relationships with employees, senior airline management, and clients, projecting a positive company image. The Operations Supervisor will also handle employee issues, manage off-schedule operations during manager absences, and actively participate in ongoing safety programs to uphold the highest standards.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous airport and/or customer service experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a reliable telephone and transportation
- Motivated leaders willing to work alongside employees
- 1 year or more of supervisory experience preferred
- Operations or airline experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and data entry
- Flexibility and multitasking abilities
- Experience working in a changing environment
